[目的]从细胞、亚细胞水平来揭示羊子宫复旧过程中其组织学的变化规律.[方法]用透射电镜对9只产程正常、产后健康状况良好的小尾寒羊子宫组织的超微结构变化进行了研究.[结果]在产后第1~7天间,子宫平滑肌细胞体积小并且胞质内充满肌丝;在产后第7~13天之间,巨噬细胞数量明显增多,胞质中线粒体、粗面内质网以及初、次级溶酶体丰富,此时,子宫结缔组织内浆细胞数量少;毛细血管旁周细胞的胞质内有大量的线粒体和粗面内质网等细胞器.分娩第13天以后,子宫内膜层出现新生上皮细胞;巨噬细胞和其细胞器数量都减少;浆细胞和其细胞器数量增多;成纤维细胞数量增多、体积增大,细胞器也增多.从产后第19天起,平滑肌细胞体积增大、细胞器数量增多;而浆细胞、成纤维细胞和其细胞器数量都减少.到产后第25天时,腺上皮细胞被基底膜包围,腺体腔内出现微绒毛.在复旧期间,常见子宫结缔组织内淋巴细胞浸润现象.[结论]羊产后子宫组织超微结构的变化都有利于羊子宫复旧.
[Objective] The objectives of the study were to reveal degradation changes of the uterine tissue during involution period at cell and subcell levels. [Method] The ultrastructural changes of the uterine endometrium and myometrium were studied in nine postpartum ewes by using transmission electron microscope, [Result] The results showed that within one to seven days postpartum the collagen fibers showed disordered arrangements and broken into sections with various cavity. The size of the smooth muscle cell (SMC) was small and filled with myofilament in its cytoplasm, Macrophage was in a large number. Within the day seven to thirteen postpartum there was a significant increase in both the number and the cellular organs of the macrophage; At the same time there was a small number of plasmocyte in muscle tissue of the uterus and a increased number of cellular organs in the pericyte around capillary. After the 13th day postpartum, the newly grown epithelium cells appeared in the endometrium; The collagen sections reduced its number and its fibers were in a relatively regular arrangement, The number of macrophage and its cellular organs decreased while plasmocyte and its cell organs increased in number. Fibroblast and its organs,increased in number and volume. From the day 19 postpartum, both the size of SMC and the number of.its cellular organs increased while plasmocyte and fibroblast and as well as its cellular organs deceased in number. By the day 25 postpartum, glandular epithelium cells were surrounded by the basic membrane, the microvilli appeared in the cavity; collagen fiber bunch was arranged in a crisscross way with clear cross striation and no collagen observed sections. Pericyte around capillary obviously decreased in its number, Infiltration of lymphocytes was common during the periods of uterine involution, [ Conclusion ] Ultrastructural changes of uterus tissue help the involution in the Postpartum ewes.
