The theory of enterprise networks takes enterprise as works. Taking entrepreneur as analysis object, this paper outlines an object and ignores individual behavior among netthe analytical framework of entrepreneur networks, and then argues that both static structural characteristics and dynamic evolution of entrepreneur networks will influence the efficiency and effectiveness of entrepreneur learning and innovation. Entrepreneur networks provide preparation and groundwork for enterprise networks, while enterprise networks in return are extension and consolidation of entrepreneur networks.
