This paper concentrates on the influence upon diverse net-evolution by path dependence and dissimilation characters in entrepreneur＇s experiences first. Then introducing a Model of ＂Casting net＂, the researchers conclude that the evolution of entrepreneur＇s social network presents long-term consistency and short-term diversity. In addition, according to the net-openness and net-diversity, this paper concludes two routes of evolution of entrepreneur＇s social network, while these directly correspond to endogenic cluster and ectogenic cluster.
