The success of start-ups depends on a number of conditions. Initiating a new venture is essentially a process that founders create business value by making use ot all available resources, which include founders＇ own human capital, physical capital and social capital as well.As a kind of social capital, entrepreneurs＇ networks have gained academic attention as a factor for the success of start-ups.This paper reviews the research on relationship between entrepreneurs＇ networks and success of start-ups so that we can capture the current research status and direction of development in this field.
