This paper analyzes the situation of financial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading in Fujian and find that they are constantly improving. Through the empirical analysis of ADF test, co integration test and Granger causality test, there is longterm equilibrium coordination between the level of financial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading. However, Granger causality test is not significant. It puts forward some suggestions on enhancing the interaction between financial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading in Fujian from the aspects of radiation effect, niche advantage, financial leasing, industrial upgrading way, etc.
