目的：探讨步长稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮治疗早搏的临床疗效。方法：将88例早搏患者随机分为两组,每组各44例。对照组采用普罗帕酮治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予步长稳心颗粒,比较两组临床疗效及用药安全性。结果：观察组有效率为90.91%,显著高于对照组的70.45%（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后24 h动志心电图（Holter）监测结果为（860.08±126.91）次,均明显低于治疗前和对照组（P〈0.05）;对照组治疗后平均心率和最慢心率均显著降低（P〈0.05）,而观察组无明显变化（P〉0.05）;两组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：步长稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮治疗早搏效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,安全性高。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Buchang Wenxin granule combined with Propafenone in the treatment of premature. Methods： 88 cases of premature patients were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group. The control group was given Propafenone treatment,and the observation group was treated with Buchang Wenxin granule based on the treatment. Compared clinical curative effect and the safety of drug use of two groups. Results： The effective rate of observation group was 90. 91%,significantly higher than that of control group 70. 45%（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the results of 24 h Holter in the observation group（ 860. 08 ±126. 91） times,which were significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the average heart rate and slow heart rate in the control group were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,but the observation group had no significant change（ P〈0. 05）; Compared the incidence of adverse reactions of the two group had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）.
