研究了溶液中牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的存在对Cd(Ⅱ)与δ-MnO2间吸附平衡性质的影响。结果表明,BSA存在下,Cd(Ⅱ)在δ-MnO2表面的吸附率-pH曲线仍为典型的“S”形,BSA使Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附突跃向高pH方向移动,Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附率随离子强度的增大而减小。并且,BSA存在及pH=3.0下,Cd(Ⅱ)的等温吸附线遵循Langmuir等温吸附方程,但Cd(Ⅱ)饱和吸附量由34.97 mg/g降低到22.83 mg/g。当pH=5.0时,Cd(Ⅱ)吸附率几乎不受BSA的影响;pH=2.0和pH=3.0、BSA浓度小于20 mg/L时,Cd(Ⅱ)吸附率随BSA浓度的增大而显著减小;当BSA浓度大于20 mg/L时,Cd(Ⅱ)吸附率几乎不再减小。研究结果增进了对Cd(Ⅱ)环境化学行为的认识。
The effect of BSA on the adsorption equilibrium of Cd(Ⅱ)onto δ-MnO2 is studied.The results show that in the presence of BSA,the adsorption-pH curve of Cd(Ⅱ) onto δ-MnO2 is of S-shape.BSA enables the Cd(Ⅱ) adsorption to leap toward higher pH direction and its adsorption amount decreases with the increase of ionic strength.In the presence of BSA at a pH lower than 3.0,the Cd(Ⅱ) adsorption isotherm follows Langmuir equation but the Cd(Ⅱ) saturated adsorption amount is reduced from 34.97 mg/g to 22.83 mg/g.When pH = 5.0,the Cd(Ⅱ) adsorption is little influenced by BSA.When pH = 2.0 and pH=3.0 and BSA concentration is lower than 20 mg/L,the Cd(Ⅱ) adsorption is evidently reduced with the increase of BSA concentration.When BSA concentration is greater than 20 mg/L,the Cd(Ⅱ) adsorption is hardly reduced.The study helps increase the understanding of Cd(Ⅱ)'s environmental chemical behavior.
