研究了改性反应工艺条件对草酸法改性锰矿吸附Cu^2+性能的影响,得出优化的改性反应工艺条件为:草酸用量2.0mmol/g(对矿粉),高锰酸钾用量0.5mmol/g(对矿粉),介质中硫酸浓度1moL/L,室温下反应60min。在25℃、吸附体系pH=5.0、吸附剂浓度为0.2g/L的条件下,用优化条件下制得的草酸法改性锰矿与天然锰矿进行Cu^2+的吸附对比试验,饱和吸附量分别为51.0mg/g和7.2mg/g,表明草酸法改性使天然锰矿对Cu^2+的吸附能力提高了约7倍。
The effect of the reaction conditions for modifying manganese ore by oxalic acid method on the latter's Cu^2+ adsorptive capacity is studied. It is concluded that the optimal reaction conditions for the modification are : oxalic acid dosage of 2.0 mmol/g ( powder ore), dosage of potassium permanganate 0.5 mmol/g ( powder ore), sulfuric acid concentration in the medium of 1 moL/L and reaction time of 60 min at ambient temperature. The saturated adsorption amounts are 51.0 mg/g and 7.2 mg/g respectively for the manganese ore modified by the oxalic acid at the above optimal conditions and for the natural manganese ore, an about seven-fold increase in Cu^2+ adsorptive capacity of the modified manganese ore.
