以合成的Mn3O4为吸附剂,研究了pH、吸附时间、Mn3O4投加量和Cr(Ⅲ)浓度对Cr(Ⅲ)吸附效果的影响,并测定了吸附等温线。结果表明:当Cr(Ⅲ)初始浓度为10mg/L时,发生吸附的pH范围为3.0~7、2,pH=6.5时吸附率达到93.7%,pH〉7.2时容易出现Cr(OH),沉淀;在25℃及pH=5.5的条件下,Mn3O4对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附量经历一个先快速上升,后逐渐增大并达到平衡的过程,达到平衡的时间为17h;Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附量随Mn3O4投加量和CT(Ⅲ)浓度的增加而增大,吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程。
With synthesized Mn3O4 as adsorbent, the adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ) was investigated as a function of pH, adsorption time, adsorbent dosage and concentration of Cr( Ⅲ ), and the adsorption isotherm was also determined. The results indicate that when the initial Cr( Ⅲ )concentration is 10 rag/L, adsorption occurs in the pH scope of 3, 0 -7.2; when pH = 6.5, the adsorption rate can reach 93.7% ; if pH 〉 7.2, Cr(OH) 3 precipitation is apt to occur; at a temperature of 25 % and pH of 5.5, the adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ) onto Mn3O4 experiences a process of rapid rise, gradual increase and slowing down, needing 17 hours to finally reach the final equilibrium. The amount of Cr(Ⅲ) adsorbed increases with the increase in Mn3O4 addition and Cr( Ⅲ) concentration, and the adsorption isothermal accords with Freundlich equation.
