为减轻膜污染,设计了1种新型泄压式脉冲工艺。考察了影响脉冲工艺的3个参数,即脉冲周期、脉冲振幅(低压与高压流量之比)、脉冲时间比(低压与高压持续时间比)。结果表明,经过正交优化,对通量的影响顺序为周期〉脉冲时间比〉振幅,其优化组合为周期5 s、振幅1.3、脉冲时间比3/7。虽然平均操作压力比无脉冲工艺低22.5%,但是通过减轻膜污染,脉冲工艺获得的通量比无脉冲工艺高14.9%。说明该种脉冲工艺可以有效减轻膜污染(主要是滤饼层),提高膜通量,是一种可行的膜污染控制方法。
In order to reduce membrane fouling, a new type of pressure relief pulsation process was designed in this paper. Three parameters of the pulsation process were investigated, that were pulsation period, pulsation amplitude (the ratio of high and low velocities) and the ratio of low pressure duration and high pressure duration (LPD/HPD). The result showed aider orthogonal experiment, the effect order on flux was gotten: pulsation period 〉 LPD/HPD 〉 pulsation amplitude. The best combination was: the period was 5 s, the amplitude was 1.3 and LPD/HPD was 3/7. That the flux under pulsation condition increased 14.9% compared with non-pulsation filtration process, though the averaged trans-membrane pressure was 22.5% lower than that in non-pulsation process. It illustrated that the pressure relief pulsation process was feasible process for controlling membrane fouling.
