利用非溶剂相转化法,制备不同聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)改性膜.研究PVDF与聚乙二醇(PEG)-400固含量对膜性能的影响,并将PVDF改性膜与市售血液透析膜F60S的性能进行了对比分析.结果表明,随着PVDF固含量的增加,膜分离孔径和纯水通量逐渐减小,BSA截留率和机械性能提高;随着PEG-400固含量的增加,膜分离孔径先减小后增大,BSA截留率先增加后减小,纯水通量逐渐提高,机械性能下降.PVDF/PEG膜分离孔径与纯水通量比F60S膜略低,BSA截留率、机械性能、血液相容性与F60S膜相比均具优势.
Different PVDF modified membranes were prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) method. The effects of PVDF solid content, polyethylene glycol (PEG)-400 solid content on membrane performances were researched. In addition, the performance of different PVDF modified mem- branes and F60S membranes, saled on the market, were compared and analysed. The results show that, the membrane aperture and pure water flux decrease gradually with the increase of PVDF solid content, whereas BSA retention rate and mechanical properties increase. The aperture of membranes decrease at first and then increase with PEG-400 solid content increasing, BSA retention rate increases at first and then decreases gradually, whereas the pure water flux increase, and mechanical properties decrease. The aperture and pure water flux of PVDF/PEG membrane were slightly smaller than those of F60S mem- brane. BSA retention rate, mechanical properties and blood compatibility of PVDF/PEG membrane are better than those of F60S membrane.
