提出了一种新的多孔膜表面疏水化处理方法,通过超滤操作,使分散液中聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)颗粒沉积在PVDF中空纤维膜表面,然后进行干燥处理,利用PVDF材料特有的本体粘附效应,得到表面疏水化改性的PVDF膜。通过超声处理改性后的PVDF膜,验证了表面疏水层与基膜的结合稳定性。初步优化了涂覆工艺条件:预洗酒精体积浓度80%;预洗基膜时间120min;涂覆后膜丝干燥时间60min;PVDF颗粒固含量0.099%(质量分数);涂覆压力0.050MPa;涂覆时间30min。涂覆后PVDF中空纤维膜内表面接触角从(83±3)°提高至(144±3)°。涂覆后的膜应用于高污染的发酵液膜蒸馏中,抗亲水化时间从180min延长至380min。
This paper puts forward a new method to surface hydrophobic modification of porous hydrophobic membrane.The poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) particles,in dispersion,were deposited on the PVDF hollow fiber membrane surface through ultrafiltration operation,then drying the coated membrane.The PVDF particles were firmly adhered to the membrane surface for ontology bonding effect of PVDF material.This paper optimized coating process conditions: the alcohol volume concentration was 80%;the time for pre-wash basemembrane was 120min;the drying time was 60min;the solid content of PVDF particles was 0.099%;the coating pressure was 0.050MPa;the time for coating was 30min.After coating,the contact angle increased from(83±3)° to(144±3)°.The ultrasonic processing showed good adhesion between PVDF particles and PVDF membrane.After coating,the membrane has a better anti-hydrophilic properties.
