开发了新型鼓气强化减压膜蒸馏(AVMD)过程,并分别采用传统减压膜蒸馏(VMD)与AVMD进行了海水淡化实验,研究了鼓气强化方法对膜蒸馏通量的提升作用、对通量衰减和膜污染的抑制效果。结合膜表面形貌和化学成分表征方法,探讨了鼓气强化提升通量、抑制膜污染的原因。结果表明,当海水浓缩8倍(单位面积产水560L/m2)时,AVMD过程通量较VMD过程高60%左右,而通量衰减率减少了17.7%。鼓气增加料液湍流程度,减小液相边界层厚度的作用是提升通量、抑制污染的主要原因。
Air-bubbling vacuum membrane distillation (AVMD) was constructed and used in seawater desalination process. The performance of vacuum membrane distillation (VMD) and AVMD in the process was compared. The enhancement effect of air bubbling on flux and its inhibition effect on flux decay and membrane fouling was investigated. Combining membrane surface morphological characterization and chemical composition analysis, the reason of flux enhancement and membrane fouling inhibition was explored. When the concentration multiple reached 8 (water production per unit area of 590 L/m^2), the flux of AVMD was 60% higher than that of VMD, and the flux declination rate of AVMD was 17.7%, which is much lower than that of VMD process. The effect of air bubbling which increased the turbulent extent of feed solution and reduced the liquid boundary layer thickness was the main reason for the flux enhancement and membrane fouling inhibition.
