通过微生物发酵法将剑麻皂苷转化成皂苷元。采集桂林喀斯特地貌土壤样品,从能够降解皂苷糖基的多个菌株中筛选出JM-7,对其发酵条件进行优化,得到最适条件:温度30℃、pH为6、发酵时间5 d、底物质量浓度6 g/L,并且对产物皂苷元进行了HPLC检测和单晶衍射测定。
Microbial fermentation method was used for producing tigogenin , the microorganism JM-7 was ob-tained from soil sample collected form Guangxi province via multiple screening .The fermentation conditions were optimized , and the results showed the optimum temperature was 30 ℃, the optimum pH was 6 , the best fermenta-tion time was 5 days, and the optimum substrate concentration was 6 g/L.HPLC and single crystal diffraction method were used to detect the fermented product .
