我国是世界上受台风灾害影响最大的国家之一,多部门应急联动是提高台风防御工作成效的重要措施。当前,国内外学者对地质灾害链进行了较为深入的研究,对强台风灾害链情景下的研究相对较少。强台风具有突发性强、持续时间短和破坏性强等特点,有针对性的应急联动研究成果较少。因此,可以从强台风灾害链动力学演化模型、强台风灾害链情景下多部门应急联动建模、强台风灾害链情景下多部门应急联动仿真三个方面拓展现有的台风灾害链应急研究。
China is one of regions most seriously affected by typhoon. Multi-sector integration emergency response is an useful approach to improve typhoon defense efficiency. Scholars at home and abroad have made intensive study in Geological hazard chain, while researches of powerful typhoon hazard chain is relatively less. Especially, powerful typhoon has such characteristics as being sudden, short in duration and destructive, so targeted researches on integration emergency response are less. Typhoon emergency management can be extend- ed in following aspects : typhoon disaster chain dynamics evolution model, multi-sector integrated emergency re- sponse modeling in the situation of strong typhoon disaster chain and multi-sector integrated emergency response simulation in the situation of strong typhoon disaster chain.
