应用复杂网络方法界定区域间煤炭调运网络的含义,给出区域间煤炭调运网络结构的衡量指标,利用相关数据对我国区域间煤炭调运网络结构进行实证分析。研究发现,我国区域间煤炭调运网络主要聚集在以北京、天津为中心的华北地区,具有小世界性、无标度性、集团结构等复杂网络特点。对此提出培育双V型煤炭调运格局、加快建设通往中南地区的运输通道、建立煤炭调运的应急机制等政策建议。
By applying the complex network method on defining the inter-regional coal transportation network, the authors suggest the evaluation indexes of inter-regional coal transportation network. According to the relevant data, the authors make empirical analysis on the structure of inter-regional coal transportation network in China. The research shows that China's inter-regional coal transportation network mainly aggregates in North China, taking Beijing, Tianjin as the centers, which has characteristics of complex networks, such as small world, scale-free, group structure, etc. For this, the paper proposes to foster the transportation structure of dual-V-pattern, accelerate the construction of transportation corridors which leads to Central South China, and establish the emergency mechanism of coal transportation.
