本文将全部产业划分为6类,利用LMDI分解方法,对我国能源强度进行了分解分析。通过分析发现,1980-2006年技术效应即技术的进步,是我国能源强度下降的主要原因。文章建议应使用LMDI方法建立能源分解指数体系,进一步加强能源领域的技术突破,鼓励提高能源效率的投资和研发等活动,合理调整产业结构,科学发展新能源和可再生能源产业。

英文摘要：

This paper divided industries into 6 parts, used the LMDI decomposition method and made a deep analysis of changes in energy intensity in China. And then finds that energy intensity decreases mostly by the technical effect i. e. the technology improvement. In the end proposes some suggestions such as establishing system of energy de composition indices by using LMDI method, enhancing the technology breakthroughs in the energy field, encouraging the investment and R＆D activities to improving energy efficiency, scientific development of industrial restructuring , new energy and renewable resources industries, and so on.
