The Xinminzhou wetland is a better conserved area in nature and biodiversity in developed region of lower reaches of Changjiang River.It will be able to make a greater contribution for realizing goal of ＂Coexisting modernization and nature＂ and＂Coexisting economic construction and biodiversity and cultural diversity conservation＂,establishing it as basic unit of ecological civilization construction according to the requirements of biosphere reserve.The paper simply deals with some problems of these aspects and proposes corresponding suggestions for reference of related departments.
