生物质发电成本过高是制约生物质发电企业发展的重要因素,而秸秆燃料的收集成本是生物质发电燃料成本的主要构成部分.应用微积分法建立秸秆燃料收集成本模型,以25MW生物质电厂为例测算秸秆收集成本,并分析了秸秆收集成本的构成.实证研究表明,运输成本是秸秆收集成本的关键组成部分.敏感性分析表明,秸秆收集半径是影响秸秆收集成本的最敏感的因素.同时模拟分析表明秸秆收集成本、秸秆运输成本与经纪人数量呈U型关系,因此科学合理地确定经纪人数量有利于降低秸秆收集成本.根据研究结论,提出了促进生物质发电产业发展的相关政策建议.
The high cost of biomass power generation restricts the development of enterprises, while the straw fuel collection cost is a major cost in the biomass power generation. This article establishes straw fuel collection cost model with calculus. It calculates the straw fuel collection cost with a 25MW biomass generation power plant, moreover, analyzes the composition of straw collection cost. The em- pirical research shows that the transportation cost is the key part of the cost of straw collection. The sensitivity analysis shows that straw collection radius is the most sensitive factor of straw collection cost and the straw collection cost. Transportation cost have a U-shaped relationship between the numbers of brokers. Therefore, determine the number of brokers scientifically and reasonably can reduce the straw collection cost. According to this research, this article puts forward relevant policy suggestions to promote the development of biomass power generation industry.
