本文以生物质发电供应链为背景,将农户的秸秆供给数量作为模糊变量,在两种供应模式下建立秸秆燃料供给模型,通过模型推导和算例模型分析了两种模式下供应链三方契约数量及秸秆供给情况。研究结果表明:中间商的利润水平很大程度上决定了农户的供给数量和电厂的收购数量,在农户一中间商一电厂的供给模型中,中间商主动承担农户的固定成本,可以很好促进农户秸秆的供给,但在一定程度上会加大中间商的风险;而在农户一农村正式组织一电厂的供应模式下,农户的供给数量始终保持在较高的水平。
In this paper, we take the farmers' straw supply quantity as fuzzy variable with the background of the supply chain of the biomass power generation. We set the supply models of straw fuel in two kinds of supply mode. The contract quantity of three parts and the supply amounts in two modes are analyzed through model derivation and example analysis. The results show that: The profit of the intermediary determines the supply quantity of the farm households and the contract quantity of the biomass power generation to a large extent. In the supply model of farmers, middlemen and power plant, middlemen taking responsibility for the fixed cost of farmers can be good to improve the supply of the straw fuel from farmers, but it will increase the risk of intermediate business in a certain extent. In the supply model of farmers, formal organization and power plant, the supply quantity of farmers always keep in a high level.
