现阶段生物质电厂燃料收储存在3种主要模式,该评价以收储的各个阶段为基础,建立生物质发电燃料收储模式的综合评价指标体系;并应用网络层次分析法,建立生物质发电燃料收储模式的评价模型,对现有的3种主要收储模式进行评价;通过实例计算结果显示,农户+中间商+第三方物流+电厂的收储模式最为合理。计算表明该评价模型是有效的,通过分析结果提出3点建议,旨在帮助电厂选择适当的燃料收储模式,修正现有模式中的不足。
There are three main modes for biomass power plants to collect and store fuels. On the basis of various stages of purchase and storage, this paper established the comprehensive evaluation index system, applied the Analytic Network Proces to establish an evaluation model, and evaluated these three main modes for purchasing and stockpiling. The practical calculation results show that the third mode---farmers + brokers + third party logistics + power plants-- is the most reasonable mode. Through the analysis of the results of a three - point proposal, the paper aimed at helping fuel purchase, selecting the appropriate mode of power plant, and correcting deficiencies in existing models.
