电枢结构直接影响电枢轨道间接触压力和接触面积等接触特性,进而决定电磁发射状况。为此,通过对不同接触面积下的电磁发射装置进行瞬态电磁场分析,得到了C形固体电枢与轨道间的最小期望接触面积。在假设电枢臂为悬臂梁的条件下,综合趋肤效应和接触电阻的接触层模型,确立了分布力载荷。在此基础上,基于分布力载荷作用下电枢臂变形的挠曲线,得到了电枢臂弯曲形状与枢轨界面间接触压力及接触面积的关系。该研究为电枢的结构设计提供了理论依据。
The contact characteristics of armature and rail determine the status of electromagnetic launch and the contact characteristics depend on the structure of armature,such as contact pressure and contact area.The minimum expected contact area between the C-type armature and rail is obtained based on the transient electromagnetic analysis of launch unit.Meanwhile regarding the arm of armature as a cantilever beam,the distributed force load is determined on account of skin effect and contact layer model.The relationship between armature arm structure and contact characteristics such as contact pressure and contact area is established on the basis of the deflection curve resulted from distributed load.The result will provide reference to the design of armature.
