Using evolutionary game theory,the paper constructs a dynamic evolutionary game model of China＇s commercial bank payment group and the third-party payment group and arrives at the evolutionary stable strategy under different conditions,as well as factors affecting the equilibrium outcome with an analysis to the model. The result shows that the equilibrium of the system will be influenced by the initial market power of both parties, total revenue generated with cooperation,the initial cost of cooperation,benefit distribution mechanism , the ratio of relative cost and discount factors, etc. By taking appropriate measures to change the value of the above factors can alter the equilibrium outcome of evolutionary system, so as to provide policy advice and theoretical guidance to guide the coopetition between the two parties toward a more healthy and stable development.
