目的:评估咬合纸指导调的可靠性。方法:选取拟行单象限第一磨牙冠修复的患者32名,经冠修复后分别在咬合纸指导下对其进行调;调后采用T-scanⅢ咬合分析仪记录患者牙尖交错位的咬合接触情况,通过自身对照法,将冠修复体的咬合接触与对侧同名天然牙进行比较,分析咬合接触点、面积及力是否存在差异;记录力的中心位置及力不平衡指数,分析冠粘固后牙弓左右两侧咬合的一致性。结果:11例冠修复体为不良咬合接触类型;有咬合接触且无高点的冠修复体的平均咬合接触点数为(3.04±1.27)个,少于对侧同名牙(5.21±1.14)个;冠修复体咬合接触面积及力均明显小于对侧同名牙(P〈0.05);冠粘固后,牙弓左右两侧咬合接触仍存在显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论:咬合纸记录和传递咬合信息具有局限性,而T-scanⅢ咬合分析仪则能定量分析咬合接触。
AIM: TO evaluate the reliability of articulating paper. METHODS: 32 subjects with the re- quirement of crown restoration treatment for the first molar were recruited into the study. The occlusion of the crown res- toration was adjusted by articulating paper during treatment, after treament the occlusal data were obtained by T - scan ]II system to record the occlusion in the intercuspation. If the crown had premature contact or had no contact with an- tagonistic teeth, it was considered to be occlusal disharmony. Besides, the occlusion of the crown prosthesis and the contralateral first molar were compared, the symmetry of the occlusion of both side was analysed. RESULTS : 11 pros- thesis was not integrated successfully in intercuspation. The average number of occlusal contact point of the crowns (3.04 + 1.27) was less than that of the contralateral first molars (5.21 ~ 1.14). The occlusal force and occlusal con- tact area of the crowns were about half of those of the contralateral first molars ( P 〈 0.05 ). The intensity of occlusa] contacts of the bilateral arch still existed significant differences even after the cementation of the crowns ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : Articulating paper is not accurate enough in occlusal adjustment, T-san III system can be used as an objective and assistant tool for occlusal adjustment.
