在经济发展质量内涵的基础上构建了经济发展质量的指标体系，利用2000-2011年安徽省各城市指标值，借助熵值法对安徽省城市经济发展质量进行综合评价并进行相应的排序，同时结合经济发展质量的类型划分，分析2000-2011年安徽省城市经济发展质量的时序变化和时空演变特征，从而得出安徽省经济发展质量整体上逐年提高但南、中、北地区差异明显等相关结论，最后给出了提高安徽省经济发展质量的政策建议。

With the index system of economic development quality built on its defined concept, the paper makes use of 2000-2011 index data from various cities in Anhui Province, to evaluate the quality of cities in Anhui Province and sort them accordingly by the method of Entropy. Then, with sorting economic development quality of those cities, the quality of urban economic development in Anhui Province has been analyzed with timing variations and temporal variation characteristics from 2000 to 2011. It can be concluded that Anhui economic quality is better and better. However, the quality gap is still serious. At last, the paper gives some recommendations to improve the economic development quality in Anhui Province on the basis of the relevant conclusions.
