针对模具柔性作业车间优化调度问题,考虑了多模式对任务工期的影响,构建了以提前/拖期惩罚代价最小为目标函数的优化模型,提出了一种混合蚁群算法对问题进行求解,利用蚁群算法确定模具零件各道工序的加工中心和加工模式,由模具部件优先级确定各个加工中心上相应模具零件加工的先后顺序,最后通过算例说明算法的有效性。
In order to solve the mould flexible job shop scheduling problem, considering the effect of multi-mode on the limit time, a optimized model was established in which the minimum penalty value of bringing forward or delaying the task was set as the target function. A mixed ant colony algorithm was presented which was used to determine the choices of the machining center and machining mode of the mould parts. The machining se- quence of the mould parts in the machining center was determined by the priority of ma- chining mould parts , and the algorithm was validated by simulation instance.
