镁在心血管疾病中具有保护作用,给予镁剂治疗可减少心律失常的发生。但镁不同于其他抗心律失常药,镁通过复合于其他离子通道,改变其方式而发挥作用,且在免疫缺陷中起到第二信使的作用。而α1肾上腺素受体可刺激心肌细胞释放镁离子,介导镁离子转运,但其在心律失常发生、发展中的具体机制尚不清楚。明确镁离子相关发病机制,指导临床治疗甚为重要。
Current studies confirm that magnesium has a protective role in cardiovascular disease, and magnesium therapy may reduce arrhythmias. But unlike other antiarrhythmic drugs, magnesium combines with other ion channels, affects the way and plays its function, and can act as second messengers in the immune defect. Research also found that the release of alpha 1 adrenergic receptors can stimulate cardiomyocytes to release magnesium ions, and mediate magnesium transfer, however its specific mechanisms in the occurrence and development of arrhythmia is not clear. Clarifying the magnesium-related pathogenesis is very important for guiding the clinical treatment.
