分析了微型逆变器(MIC)系统的硬件结构和控制策略;介绍了交错式反激MIC的整个工作原理及设计要点,并分析了有源箝位电路的工作过程;介绍了电流控制器的前馈控制策略及最大功率点跟踪(M PPT)算法,然后采用状态空间平均法建立了并网式反激变换器的小信号模型,并在此模型基础上完成了电流环和均流环设计;制作了200 W样机进行实验,验证了整个设计的合理性.
The hardware structure and control strategy of micro-inverter (MIC) system are analyzed, the working principle and design elements of interleaved flyback MIC are introduced, and the working process of the active clamp is analyzed.Feedforward control strategy of the current controller and maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm are introduced, then the state-space averaging method is used to establish a small-signal model of grid flyback converter, and on the basis of this model,the design of the current loop is completed and load loop is shared.Finally,an experimental prototype of 200 W is produced and the reasonableness of the overall design is verified.
