针对保税港区海关卡口区域的建模问题,从海关监管、交通特征及排队网络分析出发建立了其离散事件仿真模型。并针对建模的可重构性要求,结合对车辆服务台选择和排队控制过程的分析,提炼出实体控制规则,并在此基础上提出了实时适应资源组织形式改变的面向服务的实体控制模型。同时,提出并开发了基于Arena仿真软件的实体控制解决方案。最后,通过实验进行方案分析和比较,验证了本方法的有效性。
For modeling customs checkpost area on free trade port area, a discrete event simulation model was built by the analysis on queuing network, characteristics of customs supervision and traffic flow. To meet the demands of reconfiguration modeling, control rules were extracted by the analysis on vehicle controlling process in server choosing and queuing process. And a service-oriented entity control model was presented which can adapt to the changes with resources combination in real time. Then, a solution for entity controlling was proposed and developed with Arena simulation environment. Finally, the effect of the proposed method is verified with simulation experiment.
