运用仿真优化方法对集装箱堆场大门系统规划问题进行了研究。建立了大门系统规划问题的数学模型,规划目标是在满足系统作业要求的前提下最小化大门系统的建设费用;根据系统作业中存在的不确定性、随机性活动的特点,建立了大门作业系统的离散事件仿真模型,并运用仿真模型与启发式算法相融合的仿真优化方法进行求解;运用案例分析验证了该方法的有效性,同时进行了敏感性分析。
A simulation optimization method was proposedto realize the optimal planning on the gate system on container yard. The formulation of mathematical programming model was established. The optimal objective was to minimize the total cost of construction and ensure the desired operation efficiency. Considering the uncertain and stochastic activities in the system, the discrete-event system simulation model was built. To solve the planning problem, the simulation optimization method that combined heuristic algorithm with the simulation model was proposed. An actual case was analyzed, and the sensitivity of this planning result was also analyzed.
