提出了基于仿真优化的集装箱港口多式运输资源配置协调优化方法。首先,建立了集装箱港口多式运输作业系统的排队网络仿真模型,建立了以作业效果与资源利用均衡协调为目标的优化模型;其次,运用仿真模型与启发式算法相结合的仿真优化方法进行求解;最后,案例分析结果表明该方法对集装箱港口多式运输作业资源协调优化问题的适用性和有效性。
A simulation-based optimization approach was proposed for coordination of resource allocation of multimodal transport system on container terminals. First, the simulation model of the multimodal operation process on container terminal was established with queue network model based on queuing theory. And then, the mathematical programming model for coordination between operation effect and efficiency of resource utility was built. Next, the simulation optimization method was designed to solve this problem which combined heuristic search algorithm with simulation model. Finally, the effect of the proposed method was verified and analyzed with an actual example. The results show its feasibility for the coordination optimization on resource allocation of the multimodal transport system on the container terminals.
