服务业在京津冀地区的合理空间布局对于推进京津冀地区产业协同与空间一体化发展具有重要意义。鉴于服务业内部各行业功能属性的差别,本文分别揭示了生产性服务业、生活性服务业和公共服务业等不同类型服务业在京津冀的空间分布特征与问题。研究得出京津冀地区各类型服务业在北京的集聚程度均较高,尤其是生产性服务业;天津服务业近些年快速发展,逐渐削弱了北京服务业的中心性;河北各地区服务业发展相对比较落后,生产性服务业难以满足本地制造业对中间服务投入的需要,生活性服务业和公共服务业的发展规模则与本地人口规模的匹配度较低。最后根据不同类型服务业的功能属性,并结合各地在区域内的功能定位,提出了差异化的服务业优化对策。

英文摘要：

Reasonable spatial layout of service industry has great significance for industrial cooperation and integration in Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei Metropolitan Region. Because of different internal functional attributes of service industry,this paper studies spatial distribution characteristics and problems of various services in this area,such as producer services,consumer services and public services and so on. Results show that in the Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei Metropolitan Region,Beijing has a higher degree of industrial agglomeration in various services,especially in the producer services,and that Tianjin＇s services develop rapidly in recent years,which gradually weakens Beijing ＇s leading roles. In Hebei Province,services develop relatively slowly,producer services cannot meet requirements of the local manufacturing development,and consumer services and public services have low matching qualities with its local population. According to the functional properties of different services and function positions of three areas,we put forward differentiation strategies to optimize service industry in the Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei Metropolitan Region.
