英文摘要：

The establishment of the university-enterprise joint graduates-cultivating base allows full play to the advantages of the both sides,promotes the cooperation of producing,learning and researching,enhances the innovative abilities of graduates,and it is beneficial to cultivate creative talents in practice.Based on the practice of Innovation Center for Graduate Students Education of Hunan in Composite Materials （ICGSEH）,a method to improve teaching reformation by strengthening the executing and research foundations of the ICGSEH was investigated.The method can be summarized as three-compatibility mode,which will help to improve graduate students’ innovation abilities and support them to conduct excellent research work.
