尝试采用煤矸石为骨料制备混凝土,对其耐久性重要指标之一干燥收缩性能进行试验,结果表明:在常用水灰比情况下,煤矸石骨料混凝土试件早期干燥收缩长度变化率及质量损失率均较大,后期逐渐趋于稳定,180d后,煤矸石骨料混凝土的干燥收缩值及质量损失率约为普通碎石混凝土的两倍,但试件结构整体性完好,说明煤矸石骨料混凝土应用在次要建筑结构是可行的;由于煤矸石骨料吸水率较大,在选用煤矸石骨料制备混凝土时,宜选用高性能减水剂,并需采取措施防止早期干燥收缩裂缝过大,这为煤矸石骨料混凝土的工程应用提供了参考依据。
The experimental of dry shrinkage performance of one of the most important indexes of the coal gangue is used as the main in- dex of durability.The result shows that,in common water cement ratio, The change rate and quality of early drying shrinkage of coal gangue aggregate concrete are relatively large, gradually become stable in the later stage.After 180 days,the dry shrinkage value and mass reduction rate of coal gangue aggregate concrete is about two times that of ordinary concrete,but the structural integrity of the specimen,it is feasible that the application of coal gangue aggregate concrete in the secondary structure.Due to the large water absorption rate of coal gangue aggre- gate, we should choose high performance water reducer, and need to take measures to prevent early drying shrinkage cracks when using coal gangue aggregate to prepare concrete,it provides a reference for the engineering application of coal gangue aggregate concrete.
