University laboratory is an important place to conduct both scientific research and experimental teaching. It＇ s undoubted that laboratory culture is crucially important as experimental conditions. Therefore, the promotion of lab culture will definitely be beneficial to the aspects of experimental teaching reform, undergraduates＇ practice ability and innovation ability. This paper explores to integrate ideas of quality, profession, innovation, team spirit and safety-consciousness into lab construction. With the potential contribution to the cultivation of students＇ regulation and safety concept, the scientific attitude, psychological situation, professional identity, innovation ability, team cooperation, etc, the training effectness of high quality talents can be boosted.
