在概念模型中考虑接头对车身刚度的影响。利用扭转弹簧单元和刚性连接单元模拟车身的接头,扭转弹簧的向量方向和刚度值由求解详细接头模型的刚度方程得到,计算了不同接头对弯曲刚度和扭转刚度的影响,结果显示,考虑接头因素大大提高了概念设计的精度。
The influence that the joints have devoted to stiffness in the automotive body concept model is considered. The joints are simulated by torsion spring elements and rigid link elements. Vector direction and stiffness of torsion spring are obtained by solution of stiffness equations of detailed joint model. The influence that different joints have devoted to bending stiffness and torsion stiffness are calculated. The result shows:the situation that the joints are considered can improve design precision of automotive structure at the phase of concept design.
