利用NX建立了全参数化的概念车身模型,通过改变梁截面的方向和厚度以改变截面特性,研究了车身概念设计中梁截面对车身刚度的影响。利用HyperMesh计算了车身详细模型中门槛侧梁的灵敏度,与在概念车车身模型中求得的灵敏度进行比较,结果证明在概念设计阶段研究梁截面对车身刚度的影响可行。对门槛侧梁截面的厚度和形状进行了优化设计,减轻了概念车车身的质量。
A fully-parameterized concept body model is established with NX; by changing beam section direction and thickness to change section characteristic, the effect of beam section on body stiffness in body concept design is studied. Utilize HyperMesh to calculate the sensitivity of doorsill side beam in the detailed body model and compare it with sensitivity obtained in the concept body model, the result of comparison proves that study of effect of beam section on body stiffness in the concept design phase is feasible. Thickness and shape of doorsill side beam section is optimized, through which mass of the concept body is reduced.
