对某轿车白车身建立有限元模型,并对其进行模态和刚度分析,在此基础上选取板件厚度为设计变量,在满足质量要求的条件下,以前风窗洞口变形量为优化目标对其进行优化分析,并验证了新模型进行模态和刚度,得到了符合设计要求的改进方案。
A finite element model of BIW is established,and the modal and stiffness are calculated.Based on the results of these,select thicknesses of the plates as design variables,and optimize deformation of front windshield on condition of mass requirement.Validate modal and stiffness of the new model,then improvement is made to meet design requirements.
