考虑网络断面约束的在线有功调度积留量法

积留量法是一种应用于在线有功调度的有效方法,但积留量法仅考虑全系统发电可调容量与负荷变化陡峻程度之间的关系,未注意系统内各子区域的发电可调容量与负荷变化陡峻程度之间的不匹配会造成断面潮流越限,使该方法不适用于大规模电网。文中在原有积留量法基础上,提出适于大电网在线有功调度的动态优化解耦算法,将动态优化调度过程沿时间维度分解为前瞻和后顾2个部分,后顾部分采用传统方法,前瞻部分考虑大系统中各分区内发电可调容量与负荷变化陡峻程度之间的关系以及这种关系对断面潮流造成的影响。算例验证了模型和算法的有效性。

英文摘要:

Accumulation variable method is an efficient method for online active power dispatch. The relation between available generating capacity and ramping rate of load over whole system is considered in this method. However, since it ignores the transfer capability constraints, it is not applicable for a grid with several sub-control areas. To solve this problem, based on the accumulation variable method, a modified method is presented, in which, the constraints of transfer capability between different control areas are included. A two-step algorithm is proposed to solve this model. In the first step, an optimal solution is found without considering constraints of transfer capability. In the second step, a correcting method is employed to eliminate the transfer capability violations. Results of case study validate the proposed algorithm.
