以NaCl为造孔剂,在粉末压制压力为600 MPa、烧结温度600℃保温3 h、801℃保温1 h、1 000℃保温1 h的工艺条件下,用元素粉末法制备多孔Ni3Al金属间化合物。研究造孔剂添加量与多孔Ni3Al金属间化合物的孔隙度之间的关系,推导出孔隙度与造孔剂添加量之间的数学关系,在该特定的工艺条件下,Ni3Al的孔隙度θ与NaCl的添加量w之间的关系为1/(1-θ)=1.260 8+3.9235 8[w/(1-w)]。
Porous Ni3Al intermetallic compounds were fabricated by blend element powder metallurgy. The relationship of mount of pore-forming agent NaCI and porosity of porous Ni3Al intermetallic compounds was studied. The results indicate: porous Ni3Al intermetallic compounds could be synthesized under the sintering process of 600 ℃ for 3 h, 801℃for 1 h, 1 000℃ for 1 h and the pressing pressure of 600 MPa. The mathematic relation between the amount of pore-forming agent and the porosity of the compound was deduced. At the specific process condition, the mathematics relationship 1/(1-0)=1.260 8+3.9235 8 [w/(1-w)] has obtained, which is concerned with the porosity (0) of Ni3Al and the addition amount of NaCl (w).
