基于创新型人力资本与区域经济增长之间的关系,采用改进后的C-D生产函数,构建创新型人力资本、劳动力资本、物质资本、科学技术水平与经济增长之间的函数关系。以皖江城市带为例,估算出皖江城市带创新型人力资本对经济增长的影响率和贡献率。研究表明,创新型人力资本对皖江城市带经济增长的影响率和贡献率不足,应进一步加大皖江城市带地区创新型人力资本的投资力度。

Based on the relationship between innovative human capital and regional economic growth, this paper constructs a function relationship between innovative human capital, labor capital, material capital,science and technology level and economic growth by the improved C-D production function.Then taking Wanjiang City Belt as an example,estimate influence rate and contribution rate which innovative human capital on regional economic growth. Research shows that the innovative human capital of Wanjiang City Belt affects economic growth insufficiently,and this paper puts forward a series of suggestions to improve innovative human capital＇s contribution on regional economic growth,such as increasing investment of innovative human capital in Wanjiang City Belt.
