创新型人力资本是区域产业转型升级影响因素中的核心要素。促进经济发展方式的转变必须依附创新型人力资本投资,对现有区域产业作出调整,探索适合我国区域产业的发展模式。运用结构方程模型有效判断创新型人力资本的各创新要素对产业转型升级的影响路径与作用强度。实证结果表明,创新型人力资本对区域产业转型升级具有不同程度的支撑能力。据此,提出创新型人力资本开发的动态管理模式,指导我国区域产业转型升级,具有理论和实际应用价值。
Of all the influencing factors for regional industrial restructuring and upgrading, innovative human capital is a core element.In order to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development, invest-ment on a new model of human capital and adjustments to the existing regional industry should be made and a model that suits China’ s regional industrial development should be explored.Structural equation model is used to effectively judge the impact and influence of innovative elements on industrial transformation.The empirical re-sults show that innovative human capital may facilitate regional industrial transformation with varying degrees. Therefore, a dynamic management mode of the development of innovative human capital is put forward to guide China’ s regional industrial transformation and upgrading, which is of important theoretical and practical value.
