英文摘要：

Population aging is a common development trends of the 21st century,the world sooner or later will have to face this problem.Since 1993 Taiwan area has entered into the aging society,the proportion of aging population is growing rapidly,and the average annual increase is about 22%.According to the present speed of the population aging,the proportion of Taiwan＇s aging population is doubled in about 32 years,ahead France for about 115 years.The data shows that Taiwan＇s population aging is very fast,and it will bring huge impacts and unexpected challenges for Taiwan＇s economy and society.Therefore,this paper pays attention to population aging effects on the economic society and summarizes the corresponding strategy.
