自从2010年中央一号文件首次提出“新生代农民工”的概念后,新生代农民工就作为一个独立的社会群体而存在。有关新生代农民工职业培训的问题引起了政府、企业、社会组织和学术界的密切关注。本文对国内有关新生代农民工职业培训研究的理论和文献进行了梳理和归纳,并指出了目前研究中的空白点,该研究成果对于学术界、政府、企业等进一步深化新生代农民工职业培训的研究具有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：
Since the concept of the new generation of migrant workers was proposed by central No.1 document in 2010, the issue of vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers as an individual social group has attracted extensive attention from the government, enterprises and academics. This paper reviews the literatures of the vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers and points out the gap in the current researches. The results will be bcnvficial for the academics, government and enterprises to further develop the researches on vocational training for the new gengration of migrant workers.
