为保证风力发电机可靠稳定运行,降低机组的维护成本,除从设计与制造层面提高产品质量外,最有效的办法是通过监测分析,掌握风力发电机的运行状态,通过有效的诊断,及时发现系统的故障并掌握导致故障的原因。本文设计了以DSP-TMS320F2812(简称F2812)为核心处理器,WG-8010GPRSDTU为远程传输媒介的风力发电机远程监测分析系统。采集的信号经F2812处理后,再利用GPRS无线传输模块发送到客户端,监控中心的人员利用时、频域数据进行特征提取和分析,得出设备备的运行状态和潜在故障信息。该系统能实现对模拟信号、数字信号的采集和处理,并具有尢线通信和大量数据的存储功能。测试表明本系统能够实现远程监测分析,并能正确地识别出故障。
In order to ensure reliable and stable operation of wind turbines, and lower the maintenance costs, the most effective way is monitoring the operation status of wind turbines and using effective analytical tools and methods to diagnose the cause of the failure quickly and efficiently. This article is designed to use DSP-TMS320F2812 (referred to F2812) as the core processor, and the WG-8010GPRS DTU for the remote transmission medium to design a wind turbine remote monitoring and analysis system. The system enables analog signals, digital signal acquisition and processing, and has a function of wireless communications and a large number of data storage capabilities. The collected signal is firstly processed by the F2812, and then sent to the client by using GPRS wireless transmission module. The staff of monitoring center can use the time and frequency domain data for feature extraction and analysis, and then acquire the equipment condition and potential fault information. Tests show that the system can achieve the function of remote monitoring and analysis, and can correctly identify the fault.
