大中型立轴式水轮发电机组巨大的轴向负荷容易使推力瓦油膜变形,从而造成推力轴承的损坏。为了解决这个问题,设计了基于水轮发电机组的混合磁悬浮承重系统来减小推力轴承承担的轴向负荷。其中永磁悬浮装置体积很大而现场安装空间有限,提出了将Halbach阵列应用于永磁悬浮承重装置,并用有限元分析软件对承载力与装置结构尺寸关系进行了仿真分析。结果显示,基于Halbach阵列的永磁悬浮装置承载力得到很大的提升,因而装置体积可以得到适当缩小,成本也可得到节约。
The axial load of large and medium-sized vertical shaft hydro-generating set is very huge, which can easily cause the deformation of the oil film of thrust pad, thereby damage the thrust bearing. To solve this problem, a hybrid rotor weight support system for hydraulic turbine generator set was designed to reduce the axial load on thrust bearing. But the permanent magnetic levitation device had the drawbacks of occupying so much space that it hardly met the install requirement, so Halbach array was applied to permanent magnetic levitation device. The relationship of bearing capacity with device structural size was analyzed with the FEA software-ANSYS. The results show that the beating capacity of this device is greatly improved, thus the device size can be contracted and the cost can be saved.
