以V型磁路结构的8极42kW内嵌式永磁同步电机为研究模型,分析了单个磁极发生不可逆失磁故障对单槽空载反电动势的具体影响,推导出了任意磁极和任意多个磁极发生不同程度的不可逆失磁故障下单槽的空载反电动势数学模型。该模型简单有效且计算量小,有限元仿真结果验证了该模型是正确的。
A 8-poles 22 kW interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) with V-shaped rotor structure as a research model, the specific impact on single-slot no load back-EMF was analysised with a single magnetic pole demagn-etization failure. A single slot no load baek-EMF mathematical model was pres-ented when any magnetic pole and any more magnetic poles occurred different degree of irreversible demag- netization fault. The model is simple, effective and requires very little computation. Finite element simula-tion verified the validity of the mathematical model.
