分析了一种光纤连接器端面研抛机的运动原理。推导出工件相对于研磨盘的运动轨迹S1和研磨盘相对于工件的运动轨迹S2的表达式,得出S1、S2均为次摆线,分析了轨迹随相关参数的变化规律。对于S1,次外和次内摆线的分界点为速比I=1。研究了工件均匀研抛和砂纸均匀磨损的机理,即相对轨迹弧长S对相应半径R的微分dS/dR应与月成线性关系,推导出相应线性系数k的表达式,并通过单因素试验法求出优化参数配置。
The paper analyzed the motion principle of an end-face lapping machine for an optical fibre conneetor, and deduced the expressions for the workpiece's motion path in relation to its lapping plate and the motion path vise versa, both of which, as shown by Eqs(5) and(6) in the full paper, are trochoid. It analyzed the variation of the paths with that of their relative parameters. For Eq. 5, the division point from epitrochoid to hypochoid is when velocity ratio equals to 1 (see Fig. 2). Moreover, it studied the mechanisms for the even lapping of a workpiece and the even abrasion of sandpaper: the differential coefficient dS/dR for the arc length S of a path in relation to its corresponding radius R should be linear with the R. It also deduced the expressions of their linear coefficient k (Eqs. 17 and 18), the influence on which by various parameters was worked out by using the single-factor experimental method (Fig 4).
