分析研究了超声波研磨所特有的研磨机理。并在此基础上通过实验比较了不同研磨液对纤芯及端面粗糙度的影响。结果显示用1μm的金刚石砂纸水磨后所得到的纤芯及端面粗糙度比油磨后的效果好，但随之用0．5μm的金刚石砂纸水磨后的效果却没有油磨好。
英文摘要：
This paper analyzed the characteristics of grinding with ultrasonic and the influences of different abrasive suspensions on the geometrical quality in grinding of fiber optic connectors by experimenting.The results indicate the fiber and ferrule surface roughness of using lum diamond films with water was better than that with lubricant,then the effects of using 0.5um diamond films with water was worse than that with lubricant.
