正式网络和非正式网络共同影响组织知识的转移与共享。选取某企业研发部门中的合作咨询网络与情感网络,利用社会网络分析法(SNA),从网络中心性、结构洞和对等性方面,分析了组织人员实际能力的发挥与当前组织岗位设计之间的差异,针对组织人员在网络中表现出的不同特质,提出优化组织岗位设计的建议,以提高组织知识转移与共享效率。
Formal and informal networks both influence knowledge transfer and sharing of the organization. An empirical study was conducted on the cooperation and consultation network and emotional network in R&D department to analyze the difference between the workers' actually ability and job design of the cur- rent organization in terms of network centrality, structural hole and network equivalence by using social network analysis. Based on the different characters of the organization workers in the networks, practical suggestion on job design optimizing for improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer and sharing was made.
